Its not 1993 anymore, and Wu-Tang knows this, they did not make a record screaming on the track, but what they did deliver was a mature record that has remorse of ol dirty's death all over it. The rest of the world might not want to accept that another protect your neck type record really isn't in the ambitions of these men, but regardless, they keep it pushing.

Wu-tang 8 diagrams
At the ripe age of 15, I had the pleasure of listening to Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) and once Inspectah deck dropped on the track Protect Ya Neck, my anger found its outlet, in these 9 motherfuckers from New York. Wu-Tangs attraction above all was their emotion, it was 9 men who didn't care what you thought, and the world loved it.  Combine this raw emotion with ties to the 5 pecent nation and an interest in eastern thought, and they where not to be stopped in their reign of 5 years.
Well now everyone is mature, its not 1993 its 2008, and I have obviously matured since my days of listening to Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) from 3 years of course, and this album reflects that. They don't care to scream on tracks, that wasn't Rza's vision for this al bum. This album was to be a reflection of their humbleness to the world, primarily fueled by ol dirty bastards death. With the start of the album Wu-Tang Forever the album started with everyone having something to prove, that feeling is no longer as they have proved everything. Instead coming with an emotional feel fueled  by the single the heart gently weeps, with the clan getting reflective. Through some tracks it feels as though they have that itch to just say fuck you in a track, but they resist the temptation, and the album is perfectly defined by the track life changes, which is a reflection on ol dirty, as each clansman goes back to their experience with the man. Truthfully it hurts to hear it, but thats what the truth is, and once again the clan taps a chamber we haven't seen.
